Paper invoice surcharge for business customers as of 1 July 2026
Going forward, all invoices delivered by post will be subject to a paper invoice surcharge in accordance with our published service price list when the invoice date is 1 July 2026 or later. The surcharge for paper invoices will be charged in accordance with our valid service price list.
The change applies to all business customers who receive their invoices by post as paper invoices. Instead of a paper invoice, you can receive your invoices as an e-invoice or by email, for example. If you already use an electronic invoicing method, no action is required from you.
