Electricity energy is billed in accordance with the price list and terms and conditions of your electricity contract. Other services are charged according to the service price list and any individual contract terms. The service price list is shown in the table below.

* The fee applies to moves taking place on the same day or the following day. Electricity network services are the responsibility of the local distribution system operator. Related charges, such as disconnection and reconnection fees, are charged according to the valid price list of the relevant network company.
** Applies to the following electricity contracts: Hehku Opiskelija 12 kk (max. estimated annual consumption 5,000 kWh) and Hehku Opiskelija 24 kk (max. estimated annual consumption 5,000 kWh), as well as other contracts whose terms and conditions define a consumption limit.
Billing-related service fees
Hehku Energia’s billing, payment monitoring and debt collection are handled by our partner Ropo Oy.
Fees for due date extensions, payment reminders, payment plans and any debt collection measures are charged according to Ropo Oy’s valid service price list.
Late payment interest is determined in accordance with the Finnish Interest Act.
Electricity disconnection and reconnection fees are determined according to the price list of the distribution system operator.
For invoices dated before November 2023, the payment reminder fees of our billing partner Nordfin Capital apply: €5 (VAT 0%) for consumer customers and €40 (VAT 0%) for business customers.
