Tell a friend – terms and conditions of the customer benefit

1. Content of the customer benefit

• Hehku Energia customers can recommend an electricity contract to new customers.
• Both the referrer and the friend will receive a €10 discount on their electricity bill. 
• The benefit only applies to Hehku Fixed 24-month and Hehku Flexible 24-month electricity contracts and does not apply to electricity transmission or other services.

2. Granting of the benefit

• The discount will be granted when the friend's electricity contract with Hehku Energia begins.  
• The discount can be redeemed no earlier than 15 days after the friend's electricity contract has been signed.
• The discount will be redeemed provided that both the referrer and the friend have a valid electricity contract with Hehku Energia at the time of redemption. If either customer's contract is not valid at the time of redemption, the discount will not be granted.
• The discount will automatically appear on the referrer's and friend's next bill after the new contract begins. 
• If the friend's electricity contract does not commence or is canceled before the contract begins, the discount will not be granted.

3. Terms and conditions

• The referrer must be a Hehku Energia customer at the time the discount is granted. 
• The benefit only applies to consumer customers.
• The friend must not have a valid contract with Hehku Energia when signing the contract.
• A new customer is defined as a person who has not been an active customer of Hehku Energia during the previous 12 months.

4. Number of referrals

• The referrer can receive benefits from multiple referrals if each referred friend signs a new contract.
• A friend can only take advantage of the benefit once, but can become a referrer themselves.

5. Other terms and conditions 

• The benefit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• If the discount exceeds the total amount of the bill, the excess will be carried over to subsequent bills. 
• Hehku Energia reserves the right to verify the validity of referrals and to refuse to grant the benefit in cases of abuse.
• Hehku Energia may change the terms and conditions of the customer benefit or terminate the customer benefit without prior notice. The changes will not affect benefits that have already been granted.
• Recommendations will be processed in accordance with Hehku Energia's data protection practices.
• The benefit cannot be combined with other Hehku Energia campaigns or discounts, unless otherwise stated.
