Terminate contract

If you're moving out of the address, please terminate your current contract. If you're switching energy suppliers in your current address, you don't need to terminate the contract. We'll receive the termination notice automatically from your new energy company. This form is only used for cases of moving, and different termination practices apply for all contracts.
