You can easily find the most important information and features related to your account on the app’s home screen. See a summary of your electricity consumption for the current month, the current spot electricity price, and a graph showing how prices develop throughout the day. You can also find your latest bill and contract details on the home screen.
Electricity
Easily monitor your household’s electricity consumption in the Electricity view. You can track your consumption by day, week, month and year, and compare it with a previous period. You can also view a spot electricity price chart and the outdoor temperature for the selected period.
Bills
Your bills and contract details are conveniently available in one place. View your latest bills and contract information. You can also find your billing history and instructions for setting up e-invoicing here.

The app’s messages section brings together all important messages related to your account. This way, important information stays stored and is easy to find whenever you need it.

In our service, you can view information about your electricity consumption, contracts and bills. You can also order various reports on your electricity consumption.
How to get started with Oma Hehku
- Download the free Oma Hehku app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), or use the web version at oma.hehkuenergia.fi
- Create a new account using your online banking credentials or mobile ID, and choose an email address and password for signing in. Later, you can log in to the service with this information or to the app using biometric authentication as well. If you have used Hehku's previous online services, your old login credentials will not work in the new service.
- The Oma Hehku service is ready for you to use immediately. If you have recently made an agreement with us, your electricity consumption data will appear in the app once your electricity agreement with Hehku Energy has started.
